Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Experience Specialist to support our customer service initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  2. Use effective problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints
  3. Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely manner
  4. Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions
  5. Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources
  6. Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information securely
  7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  8. Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge to ensure excellent customer service
  9. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements
Requirements
  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
