Customer Success Team Lead

At Payfuture, we are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Team Lead to oversee our Customer Success team in Manila. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a supervisory or team lead position. They should possess strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Performance & Process Optimization
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Support role with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
