This is a unique opportunity to join N-able Technologies Ltd. as a Customer Success Director and drive the achievement of retention and growth targets within our existing customer base.
You will lead a team of Account Managers to develop scalable strategies, optimize team performance, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for achieving retention and growth targets within their designated Books of Business.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews to ensure individual and team success.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet retention, growth, and customer success objectives across the partner base.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, identify trends, and adjust tactics to optimize results.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
