ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Customer Success will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
- Leading a team of customer success professionals in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.

- Able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
