Responsibilities

The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Leading a team of customer success professionals in delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
