We work with various clients, providing personalized support to enhance their customer experiences. Our goal is to maintain a high-level view of the entire support process, sharing feedback between internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities include conducting regular meetings/catch-ups with customers, sending out Quarterly NPS Surveys, and identifying customer sentiment/temperature on a weekly basis. Additionally, we communicate training/headcount needs to the Training/Recruitment Team and perform ad-hoc tasks related to the role.
Key requirements include experience with Client Management, Client Retention, Upselling/Cross selling, and a background in Customer Service and/or Sales. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success Management is preferred.
We're looking for a point of contact for clients who can effectively communicate and problem-solve. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
