Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Team Manager to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will lead a team of customer-facing professionals who provide support and guidance to our customers through various channels. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of customer success principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing high-performing teams. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
