Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our sales team at Scottland Inc. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing sales programs, generating leads, and facilitating the sale of wellness products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Develop and execute sales programs that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through targeted marketing campaigns and database analysis, ensuring accurate lead management and conversion.
- Sales Facilitation: Provide exceptional customer service and facilitate the sale of wellness products and services to customers, resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage billing and collections for corporate accounts, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing financial discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the department.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or any other related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong and effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Teamwork and Time Management: Highly developed teamwork skills and superior time-management and multi-tasking abilities, enabling you to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
