KMC Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Lead to oversee a team of sales and loyalty agents. This individual will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
The main responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Providing ongoing coaching and training to improve individual and team performance.
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings to set goals, track performance, and offer constructive feedback.
Sales Management involves driving team sales targets, monitoring call center metrics, and analyzing sales data to develop strategies for increasing customer retention and expanding sales opportunities.
This role also requires implementing and overseeing customer loyalty initiatives, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, and handling escalated customer issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer loyalty management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
The Customer Success Lead will work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals and continuously improve processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
