Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides complete administration service and supports relevant activities and projects
  • Assists with day-to-day operational queries
  • Coordinates all administrative tasks relating to the recruitment process
  • Coordinates meetings with candidates, vendors, agencies, and managers and books meeting rooms
  • Assists the team in the preparation of employment offers and conducts relevant pre-employment checks
  • Compiles and distributes new starter information and ensures all information is captured on the HR system
  • Administers paperwork for policies and procedures
  • Processes requests and provides relevant information
  • Coordinates projects, meetings, and training seminars
  • Assists with administrative duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in an HR or admin role
  • Experience handling employee records, payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
