We are looking for a FLUENT ENGLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT with HIGH LEVEL FLUENT ENGLISH Communication skill (Understanding BRITISH ACCENTS is a PLUS).

* Communicate in English confidently and fluently (Understanding British Accents is a PLUS).

* 5+ years experience with foreign working environment.

* Commit to work for more than 2 years.

* Proactive work ethic.

* Willing to have holidays following UK Holidays and work on some Philippine Holidays.

* Have personal laptop or PC, and a back-up

LOCATION: Remote

WORKING TIME:

5:30PM - 02:30AM (1 hour break), Monday to Friday and 5:30PM - 09:30PM Saturdays (PH Time)

ABOUT US:

Briefly, you will be working with a construction engineering business established in 2001 serving Lancashire and Manchester. We cover all boilers and heating for domestic, commercial and industrial heating as well as plumbing requirements, specialising in boiler repair and service for either Gas, Oil, LPG and Electrical Work.

Currently, we have a UK team of engineers and 3 UK admins) and a overseas team of 3 PH admin.

We pride ourselves on being prompt, competitively priced and professional. Therefore, we're looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator who can accompany us in the long run and bring out the best value for the customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answer phone calls, assist customers in fluent English.

* Creating complex invoices

* Filling out complex financial spreadsheets

* Chasing outstanding invoices/credit control in fluent English

* Reply to emails, monitor and respond to Whatsapp messages assist customers in fluent English.

* Work with engineer schedules, customer bookings.

* Cooperate with other staff to promote work and solve problems.

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

* Do other office tasks (in PH) assigned by business owners.
