Overview

The Operations Team Supervisor role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of call center associates. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor work and attendance in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Identify performance issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated customer calls as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Two to four years of related experience, preferably in people management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead a team in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to team members.
