About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Description Development: Develop and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role, ensuring seamless candidate onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various channels to source high-caliber candidates, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding, guaranteeing timely delivery of candidate pipelines.
  • ATS Management: Effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline application management and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling communications to attract passive candidates and screen resumes, conduct phone or virtual interviews to deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Job Advertising: Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards, and social platforms to reach a broader audience.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver exceptional talent matches.
  • HR Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with HR operations, including performance management systems, HR reports, and leadership dashboards.
