Job Overview

A key role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist is available. This remote position involves supporting the entire recruitment process, from finding suitable candidates to onboarding new hires.

The ideal candidate will identify high-quality candidates to fill needs in life sciences, healthcare, IT, and federal contracting spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job analysis, postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding.
  • Post job openings across various platforms, including internal portals, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Source candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timely experience.
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and Operations teams.
  • Built and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs.
