Human Resource Strategist

This role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business outcomes in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR plans that align with business objectives.
  • Oversight of recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to attract top talent.
  • Employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace mediation to foster a positive work culture.
  • Development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Ensuring labor laws and regulations are adhered to.
  • Design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to manage a team of HR professionals.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing HR functions for multiple store locations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Travel may be required to different store locations as needed to provide support and guidance to store managers.
