
Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Strategist to oversee and optimize our end-to-end recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
- Develop, implement and maintain efficient and compliant recruitment processes, workflows and documentation.
- Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment-related technologies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our recruitment systems.
- Oversee vendor relationships related to recruitment (e.g., job boards, background check providers).
- Manage the logistics and coordination of recruitment events and activities.
- Recruitment Optimization:
- Develop and deliver training and resources to hiring managers and the recruitment team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment and recruitment processes.
- Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies and legal requirements and share knowledge with the team.
- Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics.
- Process Improvement:
- Regularly analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our recruitment function.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify evaluate and implement automation and AI solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Pre-Hire Onboarding Success:
- Collaborate with recruitment and clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees.
- Oversee the offer letter process contract signing and background checks.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and their start date.
- Create a world-class pre-hire onboarding experience and processes.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance against goals.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activity time-to-hire cost-per-hire source of hire and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
- Present recruitment performance data to stakeholders together with other recruitment leaders.
- Oversee talent intelligence and insights.
