Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top IT professionals in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans that align with business objectives and drive results.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand position requirements and advise on market trends.
  • Build and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships.
  • Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes and interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
