Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll lead the full-cycle hiring process-sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating-to find top-tier talent for roles in digital media and marketing. You'll work closely with hiring managers, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and optimize recruitment strategies with measurable impact.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Support, Recruiter, or in a similar role within a U.S. business setting.
  • Hands-on expertise in sourcing candidates through major job boards, social media platforms, and niche professional websites.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobscore and Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative, approachable, and an effective team player.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of recruiting within digital media, advertising, and/or technology industries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Must-Have Competencies

  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Experience in creating and publishing job ads across various job portals to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Ability to source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Strong networking capabilities through professional groups, events, and industry meetups.
  • Experience building and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens and shortlist candidates for interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Keep candidates and managers updated throughout the process
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless and positive experience
  • Interview candidates for roles ranging from junior to executive level
  • Maintain a proactive database of potential hires for future openings
  • Update records in the ATS and manage related documents
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine qualifications and job descriptions
  • Track key hiring metrics and improve recruitment performance
  • Support the HR department with ad hoc recruitment-related tasks
