Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to lead our talent acquisition strategy. As we expand and grow, this role will be vital in attracting, hiring, and retaining top legal and administrative talent.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.
  • This will involve overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment and possess strong oral communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with the firm's hiring goals.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.
  3. Oversee inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.
  4. Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
  5. Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  6. Provide regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with both inbound recruiting (branding, postings) and outbound sourcing (headhunting, outreach).
  • Strong oral communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
  • A track record of hiring exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment.
