Job Title: Senior Brand Strategist

Overview

We're seeking an accomplished and visionary marketing professional to spearhead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. As Senior Brand Strategist, you'll be responsible for establishing a robust brand presence across digital platforms, generating qualified leads from international markets through targeted campaigns, and driving sales of off-plan villas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the luxury wellness industry
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform campaign decisions and optimize lead generation
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Create engaging content calendars and transform raw visual content into optimized posts and stories
  • Design and execute paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch a new website, showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders
  • Establish a structured lead qualification system to filter for serious investors
  • Prepare regular reports on performance across social media and all campaigns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in luxury properties or resorts
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that drive sales and generate qualified leads
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space
