As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll lead the full-cycle hiring process-sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating-to find top-tier talent for roles in digital media and marketing. You'll work closely with hiring managers, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and optimize recruitment strategies with measurable impact.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Support, Recruiter, or similar role within a U.S. business setting
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via major job boards, social media, and niche professional websites
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Jobscore and Workday preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills; highly collaborative and a team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Track record for recruiting in digital media, advertising, and/or technology
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• BS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred

Need to Have:

• Understand the end-to-end recruitment process-from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding
• Create and publish job ads on various job portals to attract a diverse talent pool
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Network with potential hires via professional groups, events, and industry meetups
• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans aligned with organizational goals

Your Daily Tasks

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and shortlist candidates for interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Keep candidates and managers updated throughout the process
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless and positive experience
• Interview candidates for roles ranging from junior to executive level
• Maintain a proactive database of potential hires for future openings
• Update records in the ATS and manage related documents
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine qualifications and job descriptions
• Track key hiring metrics and improve recruitment performance
• Support the HR department with ad hoc recruitment-related tasks
