Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to assume the role of Talent Acquisition Strategist. This critical position demands exceptional leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an in-depth understanding of campus recruitment strategies.
The ideal candidate must be capable of driving large-scale recruitment initiatives, building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes seamless talent acquisition processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement impactful recruitment branding campaigns on campus.
- Manage complex recruitment timelines, budgets, and metrics to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Identify high-potential students and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for campus hires.
- Collaborate with internal business units to forecast headcount needs and align recruitment goals with team growth plans.
- Represent the organization at key campus events, conferences, and networking forums as a brand ambassador.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance candidate conversion rates.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-4 years focused on campus recruitment hiring.
- Prior experience in an auditing or professional services firm is highly desirable.
- Proven success in managing large-scale campus programs or internship pipelines.
