
Key Business Developer for US Expansion

Driven by growth, we are seeking a strategic business developer to drive expansion in the US market.
Job DescriptionWe are a market-leading recruitment firm specialising in accounting and finance. Our team works with clients ranging from large international corporations to boutique businesses across multiple regions.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new client relationships, and nurturing existing ones. Your primary goal is to generate revenue and achieve business targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment market.
Responsibilities- Conduct telephone screening and assessing skills to shortlist candidate profiles for review.
- Coach and lead candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business.
- Establish relationships with new and existing clients through business development and marketing campaigns.
- Perform reference checks on candidates.
- A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience from recruitment firms or internal recruiters from multinational corporations.
- Be comfortable with cold calling and headhunting target talents in a competitive space.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and understanding of various recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
- High energy, self–starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
