
Strategic Business Expansion Specialist

This is a dynamic role that supports the company's expansion efforts.
The position focuses on developing strategies to engage with prospective franchisees and qualify their interest in the process. This includes making outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls or meetings, and maintaining accurate records of all outreach and prospect engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-volume outbound call campaigns daily to warm franchise leads using pre-approved scripts and adapting conversationally when appropriate
- Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
- Support additional activities including lead engagement, appointment scheduling, basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or business development for international clients
- Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Experience in business, sales development, or multi-client environments is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Work Arrangement: Remote. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (or equivalent local time zone). Position Type: Full-time.
