Business Development Director

  • Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate agreements with clients to secure favorable terms, building sustainable relationships that meet both parties' needs.
  • Analyze Client Needs: Analyze client needs and market dynamics to tailor solutions, commercial offers, and services, driving business success and growth.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities in key regions to anticipate opportunities and challenges, informing strategic business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales/business development experience within the iGaming industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success and deep experience in the UK and USA markets, with a strong understanding of local regulations and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and deal negotiation techniques, with a focus on driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Client-Centric: Skilled in managing and expanding existing client portfolios while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company internationally, promoting business growth and expansion.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving business success.
