We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

(Visayas & Mindanao Region – with strong focus in Cebu)

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in Visayas & Mindanao.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with contractors, architects, designers, and developers.
  • Lead business negotiations, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven intensive experience in tiling, fit-out, cladding, glass & aluminum, cabinetry, and furniture industry.
  • Strong business network and connections within Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
