Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Provisioning Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Enterprise clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer and sales support, with experience creating quotes and supporting an end-to-end order management process.

About the Role
  • Provide billing, quoting, and licensing support for internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and use positive language to delight customers.
  • Learn new systems and processes to support post-sales activities for Enterprise customers.
  • Work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Qualifications
  • Extensive background providing customer and sales support through various channels.
  • Strong customer service background with empathy, attentiveness, and active listening.
  • Experience creating quotes and supporting an end-to-end order management process.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to convey technical issues in non-technical terms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to handle high volume and demands.
