Expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation is required for this role.

Job Summary

This position involves managing client implementations from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and timely onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage end-to-end client implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to create implementation plans and timelines.
  • Analyze client business processes, particularly accounting and finance workflows, and configure solutions to meet their needs.
  • Guide clients through data migration, system integration, and user training across all levels.
  • Maintain project momentum and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and issues.
  • Support the migration and reconciliation of large datasets from various systems.
  • Facilitate connections between the customer's environment and integration partners.
  • Promote clear documentation and regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle).
  • Background in SaaS or technology startups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 & SaaS revenue recognition is an advantage.
  • Will work US hours from Monday to Friday.
