Job Opportunity: Workday Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also have the chance to share your knowledge and expertise with junior colleagues and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Share knowledge and expertise with junior colleagues and contribute to the growth and development of our practice

Requirements:
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll required)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload and meeting deadlines
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Consulting skills, including presenting, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality to customers
  • Ability to maintain high-quality, accurate, and detailed work while adhering to confidentiality and non-disclosure policies
  • Awareness of the importance of security and information protection

Nice to Have:
  • Australian Payroll Experience
  • Post-deployment services experience
