Job Overview

A key professional responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Functions:
    • Comply with administrative processes, policies, and procedures;
    • Complete monitoring and surveys in a timely manner;
    • Submit accurate time reports.
  • Engagement Management:
    • Understand client business and industry;
    • Demonstrate knowledge of payroll principles, taxation, and relevant laws;
    • Making effective use of job-related tools.
  • People Management:
    • Provide on-the-job training;
    • Motivate and guide team members;
    • Provide timely feedback.
  • Practice Development Functions:
    • Assist in surveying potential clients' requirements;
    • Participate in suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Professional Development:
    • Attend on-the-job training or internal/external seminars;
    • Request PAR from Engagement Manager for each engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Key skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
