Job Title: Compensation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful deployment of payroll solutions by designing, configuring and testing the system to meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies for knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Lead project teams or coach others in delivering high-quality solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience implementing payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Proven project management skills.
Key Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of payroll/Absence/Time Tracking product suite.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
