Compensation and Benefits Leader

You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies, benefits programs, and payroll processes to support our organization's goals.

This role involves leading the salary benchmarking process, conducting total compensation analyses, overseeing benefits enrollment and renewal, ensuring compliance with wage laws and benefits regulations, and managing payroll operations in collaboration with HR and Finance.

Additionally, you will supervise compensation-related communications, educate staff on benefit offerings, and serve as a liaison between employees, HR, payroll, and external benefit providers.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to manage complex processes and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with HR and payroll systems, compliance reporting, and benefits strategy is essential. Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems such as Paycom or ADP is also required.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer are expected, along with frequent meetings via video or phone, occasional in-person site visits.
