About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join our dynamic team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in North Caloocan Metro Manila. As a fulltime Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing and managing the company's employee compensation and benefits programmes to attract, motivate and retain top talent.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Developing and administering fair and equitable compensation structures, including base salaries, bonuses, and incentives
  • Overseeing the implementation and administration of the company's benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters
  • Continuously reviewing and optimising the company's compensation and benefits offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and compensation management software
