Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting client strategy and priorities while leveraging your expertise to achieve business process support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports clients' strategic objectives by performing daily transactions linked to tactical requirements focused on Human Resources processes/functions.
  • Develops and implements process and operational improvements to meet client and organizational needs.
  • Handles daily HR duties for the organization to address tasks linked to recruitment, record maintenance, payroll processing, first level of support, benefits, data maintenance, among other areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Similar work experience of at least 1-2 years especially in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good English Communication (verbal & non-verbal) skills.
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Able to work flexible schedules including night shifts.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
  • ERP working experience.
  • Prioritization and management of multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, analytical, results-oriented, and detail-focused.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position within the IT industry.
