Payroll Manager Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for multiple companies.

This role ensures accurate and timely weekly payroll processing for over 200 employees, utilizing industry-leading software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly Payroll Processing
    • Review and validate timesheets for 150 hourly technicians.
    • Process weekly payroll for 50 salaried employees.
    • Manage payroll for 20 salespeople, including reconciling commission payouts.
  • System Management & Employee Lifecycle
    • Maintain employee records in the payroll system.
    • Adjust pay rates and compensation details as needed.
    • Ensure PTO accruals are tracked accurately.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure payroll processes comply with laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare payroll-related reports and audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in payroll software or similar systems.
  • Solid understanding of payroll laws and best practices.
  • Strong reconciliation skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
