Job Title: People Administrator

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, drafting and filing documents, and supporting the coordination of various HR tasks. Your focus on detail and process will ensure a smooth experience for new hires and existing employees.

Schedule interviews, manage ATS updates, and assist with onboarding processes. Provide support with scheduling check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions. Update learning & development logs and performance records to ensure seamless tracking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an HR admin/assistant role in a professional environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Comfortable with HRIS, spreadsheets, and ideally Microsoft 365.
