This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive HR reporting and automation excellence. As an HR Reporting and Automation Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing data-driven insights and streamlining processes.

  • Data-Driven Insights
  • You will develop high-quality reports in collaboration with HR stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Perform routine quality checks on reports, identifying and resolving data or production process issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and evolve our HR reporting data warehouse.
  • Assist in creating automated solutions for HR processes using state-of-the-art tools.
  • Pioneering the integration of new technologies like Robotic Process Automation and AI into HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies around data privacy, security, and retention.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics).
  • 5+ years of experience in automation using RPA platforms (Pathfinder, Python, UIPath).
  • Data warehouse expertise in Snowflake or SQL is required.
  • Reporting experience from HR systems or Power BI is beneficial.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key HR stakeholders.
  • A self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and detail-oriented individual.
