
HR Engagement Specialist

The HR Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing programs to boost employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
This critical position focuses on fostering a positive company culture by ensuring employees feel valued and connected.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Design and execute a calendar of engagement events that cater to diverse interests and preferences, from team-building activities to company-wide celebrations.
- Culture & Communication: Act as a culture ambassador, crafting internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Data Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions that drive business results.
- Employee Support: Assist with employee relations and leverage exit interview data to inform strategies for improving retention.
- Logistics & Admin: Manage logistics and administrative tasks for all engagement initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Creative, people-oriented, and analytical mindset.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and photo editing software for design is an advantage.
