
Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR function by assisting with various operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of processes.
Responsibilities:Deliver an exceptional employee experience by providing empathic and customer service-focused support to all employees.
Support employee inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses and consideration for innovative solutions.
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.
Manage employee data in our HRIS while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar platforms is preferred.
