Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: Effectively manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize troubleshooting tools and techniques to identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members or third-party vendors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in ticketing tools, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
