Job Overview

We're seeking a proactive individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making timely submissions of claims to insurance companies, conducting outbound cold calls, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making timely submissions of claims to insurance companies.
  • Conducting outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
  • Qualifying leads and effectively communicating business offerings.
  • Setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Capable of handling high call volumes with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
