
Remote Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled appointment setter to join our team. As a remote appointment setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote products or services to potential clients through various communication channels.
- Set up appointments with prospects by coordinating meetings between sales teams and local dealers.
- Qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
- Follow-up with clients to confirm appointments and reschedule if necessary.
Key Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in appointment-setting roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
