Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable professional to coordinate appointments and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication with the sales team.

Job Description:
  • Prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage potential clients and set appointments.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Must have appointment-setting experience.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly. Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends.
