We're seeking an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling consultations between contacts and members of our Sales Team.
About the Role- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Scheduling consultations between contacts and sales teams
- Accurately inputting information into our system
- Prioritize and manage multiple phone lines simultaneously
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns
- Analyze customer interactions and provide feedback
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Basic technical skills including computer navigation and software proficiency
- Strong internet connection and quiet workspace required
- Able to work flexible hours including graveyard shifts
