About This JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated appointment scheduler to join our team. As an appointment scheduler, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Outreach: Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Inbound Call Management: Respond to inquiries in a professional manner, address client concerns, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and participate in training sessions to enhance appointment-setting techniques and overall performance.
