Job Opportunity

This is a dynamic role that requires proficiency in both English and French. As a Lead Generation and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads.

The ideal candidate will communicate exclusively in English throughout their shift. It is essential to possess strong English communication skills, including the ability to comprehend various accents.

You will assist in lead generation and consultation booking, provide exceptional customer support through diverse communication channels, and collaborate closely with team members to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for upselling, recommending relevant services that meet customer needs, performing accurate data entry, and leaving detailed notes in client files for every interaction.

Additionally, you will deliver outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and resolving issues, communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat, and stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide customers with precise and timely information.

Requirements
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to understand various accents
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred)
  • Familiarity with general computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service platforms and communication tools (Front, MyContact Center)

Prior experience in customer service or similar roles, CRM experience, and sales experience are considered valuable assets.
