Technology Support Specialist - Mandarin Bilingual Support

Overview

This role is part of the Treasury Services Solution Center, providing 24/7 technical support for transaction initiation and reporting.

Work with a global team, handling inquiries across multiple products and lines of business.

Job Summary

Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and internal case transfer. Advocate for clients, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure client satisfaction and confidence in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and provide timely resolution of inquiries.
  2. Accurately document and follow up on all inquiries.
  3. Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Timely escalate issues following defined procedures.
  5. Troubleshoot and investigate client connectivity issues, processing failures, and transactional inquiries.
  6. Proactively address processing errors or platform changes.
  7. Monitor group mailboxes and assign email inquiries requiring investigation.
  8. Partner with leadership, team members, and business partners to resolve client issues.
  9. Support policy development, maintenance, and training materials.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Technical Support experience.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making.
  • Effective analytical approach and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outside of normal coverage hours as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Robust knowledge of text-based file formats and Wholesale Payments processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information simply.
  • Effectively manage operational risk through adherence to established procedures.
