About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer support specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
