Job Description:

As a highly skilled bilingual professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers from French-speaking regions. You will provide timely and friendly support via voice calls and live chat, answering questions, resolving concerns, and making every interaction feel professional, clear, and friendly.

This role involves creating positive experiences, building trust, and ensuring customers feel valued and understood. You will troubleshoot customer issues, guide them through solutions step-by-step, and log all customer interactions accurately.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in both French and English, has at least 1 year of customer service experience, and is comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
