Bilingual Support Specialist

  • Job Summary: The Bilingual Support Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing product and process-related information to customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and the target language (Spanish).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish.
