Bilingual Call Center Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bilingual Call Center Representative. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English, providing clear and accurate communication across both languages, and assisting customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and general support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing calls in both Spanish and English to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Provide clear and accurate communication across both languages to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and general support to address their concerns and needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to document customer interactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
